Return and Exchanges

Our Returns and or Exchanges stance is pretty simple.  If you get your product and it is damaged we will replace it.  We must have pictures and documentation of course not just lip music.

If you received the wrong product than what you ordered we will replace it, we just need pictures proving so.

If you just simply don’t like the product then we will deal with that situation on a per instance basis.  Send us a picture and an explanation and we will come up with a resolve.

As for apparel decoration goods, we must get pictures and documentation before it is laundered and worn.

If your product does not fit but you received the size that you ordered we do not accept a full exchange or return.  We do not accept the return due to health issues and cleaning issues.  However, we would encourage you to give that product to a family member or friend.  We in return will offer you a 50% off code to purchase the same product at the new size that you want.  If you receive the incorrect size than what you ordered, we will print you a new one and ship it free of charge.  We must have a picture of the inside size tag proving we sent you the wrong size of course. 

We at Undaunted have a very good track record and we intend on keeping it that way.  If you are frustrated in anyway, we encourage you to reach out to us and let us know so that we have the chance to make it right.
